Shardé Henley | Director of Operations

Shardé Henley is the Director of Operations at Hightower Texas. Shardé is responsible for the reconciliation of accounts and trades, fund valuation updates and assisting in the management of day-to-day operational requests and duties. Shardé has worked in the financial industry for more than 11 years.

In 2014, Shardé joined Salient and in 2018, Hightower acquired Salient’s private wealth management business to become Hightower Texas. Prior to joining Salient, Shardé was employed by CAZ Investments, L.P. where she served as the Account Administrator. In her role, she worked very closely with the Chief Operating Officer to streamline processes and perform account reconciliation. She was also a Senior Operations Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Commodities where she assisted in streamlining processes, reconciliation and settlements.

Shardé attributes her career success to her problem-solving skills and a constant desire to learn new things. She is detail-oriented and takes great pride in equipping her team with what they need to provide excellent client service. Shardé also loves traveling. She considers Bali and the Cayman Islands to be two of her favorite places and takes great joy in building relationships with people across the world. Wherever she goes, however, Shardé is quick to return home to Tux, her Schnauzer mix and the star of “The Adventures of Biscuit & Tux”—a children’s book she wrote with her sister.

Shardé is very active in the community both as a mentor for local up-and-coming cake decorators and as an assistant teacher at her church. She has medaled in several cake decoration competitions.

Shardé received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.
